where is the best place to buy touch up paint for a 997?

I would suggest your local Porsche dealer (that's where I bought mine on the basis I wanted it to match)

Depends what colour your car is. I had a 996 in Seal Grey, the Porsche touch up was a total mis-match and dried dark grey/black. I ended up using Dr Color Chip and it was perfect.

Seal grey needs to be mixed for a good few minutes otherwise it'll look dark. OPC is best place for touch up paint.

Not in my experience! The Color Chip solution is also much better when dealing with a stone chip rash.

Both the OPC and a Porsche Bodyshop confirmed there are challenges with the Seal Grey touch up pain no matter how long the can is shaken for.

I've used these a few times for a variety of paints (not Porsche but BMW..... Even Mineral white which is a st to match)
