Big difference between 2003 and 2007 Cayenne turbo?

I know the stock answer is why don't you drive both and find out. However I am quite short on time for many reasons and just wondered if anyone on here has driven the original and revised cayenne turbo's, reading various articles there is a marked difference (improvement) with the two.

It would help if you could pin point exactly what differences you are interested in, for example, wheels, the cars run on 18" through to 21" and in some (drug dealer) instances 22". This makes a difference to the ride and handling quality/performance.

Not knowing specifics will likely garner subjective opinions only.

Sorry guys, I'm not particularly with it at the minute. Reading various articles the 2007 cayenne turbo has better handling and general performance, plus has PDCC,PASM and some other electronic aids over the 2003. Obviously the look of the interior and exterior remains pretty much unchanged, bar a revised front end. Really what I am looking for is can you buy a 2003 cayenne turbo for 11 grand and get 90% of the 2007 car for 30% of the cost of the 2007.
