Just wondering if anybody has been along to one of the PEC Cayman days and, if so, what the format is - I presume a mix of low-friction and handling circuit stuff? I'll be heading along tomorrow morning, so fingers crossed it stays dry...
They tend to encourage you to spend 20mins on each section, but I found the instructor was willing to let me do whatever I wanted. That meant one go on the ice stuff then the rest of the time on the outer track and going sideways on the low friction stuff.
