How to tell if I have MOST?

Looking to replace my pcm1 system in my 02 facelift 996.
Aside from removing the head unit and looking- is there any other way of telling if I have MOST on my car?

Sure it's PCM1? Cassette or CD?

Unlikely on a early 996. Look at the inputs to the amplifier, two orange cables in a single plug, faily stiff and if unplugged look like a nylon strand, turn the system on and they glow orange / red.

Pcm1 (cassette) is non MOST, pcm2(CD) is MOST.

Yes it has the cassette and seperate cd changer so I guess it's a non most which is good!
