Very pleased with it so far, a step up from the mk1 Boxster I previously owned. Anyone want to share some care tips? Driving tips? Any useful advise?



The aircon isn't working at the moment, and it makes a loud hissing noise. The condenser was replaced a few weeks back, but it appears there's still a leak somewhere. Does anyone have experience of this?

Welcome to Cayman ownership. Looks a nice one.

No real care or driving tips - much the same as the Boxster in that respect.

A common problem is the tailgate rattling when the weather gets colder and the first thing to do is to wind out the rubber stops on the bottom corners.

Nice looking car, what year and model is it and spec too.

A very useful little gadget I use in my Cayman is one of these plug-in voltmeters - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DC-12V-24V-Digital-Red-L... - for checking on the battery voltage if it's been sitting for a while.

Have you thought about a geometry check to make sure everything is pointing in the right direction.

looking good, do like the colour. i'm only 2 weeks into ownership of a Gen 2, starting to really like.



have you got any plans for it? I'm currently changes the all the front bulbs, as they are standard yellow halogens. have already changed all the interiors ones to LED's.
