However, variety is the spice of life and I dont see the point of having 2 Caymans!

So if she already knows what a Cayman is like but doesn't fancy one then I'd let her be, there are lots of cars she "could" get at that price but as long as she's not thinking of buying a brand new Rover MG6 at list price I don't think I'd be too worried about it.
She's the one that will want to drive it everyday and if the Cayman doesn't have that pull over her then I wouldn't force the issue.

Nope, lost very little...at the time Nissan were offering huge discounts on pre-registered cars. Truth be told it's why ended up buying one. Looked great value at about £27K. Can't recall exactly but I might have broke even when I sold it.
I started off liking it but the excessive road noise that found its way into the cabin quickly became annoying and just generally not nearly as accomplished a drive as a Boxster / Cayman. Definitely go for a 987.

what sort of other level, I did not like it and until they fix the steering with this new design I thing, yes it is on another level "a worse level"
every new car is said to be on another level lol but the old one was the best and stiffest thing out there with 40% stiffer every thing and new the new one is 55% stiffer.
It's bulls
t. along with 20" wheels, I don't even like the 911 looks, I liked the Cayman when it looked like a Cayman and not a 911 and I don't like these high centre consoles either for a mid engine car with RWD why have a massive centre console.
Pluss it still weighs more than a R and has less BHp.
Drive a new one back to back with a Cayman R and you thing you are driving a Ford or some thing just as dull.
imo they are just nice cars now and Audi make nice cars as do Merc

I've covered 80K plus in both my 987 Boxster and 987 Cayman..each from brand new. Racked up 10K in my 981 already.
