Dealer Extra Cover Options?

So there you are, about to take delivery of your new or second hand car, but they're not quite ready to simply hand it over. You now have to go through a multitude of extra covers that you should never really need but, presumably, the dealers get a decent commission on these things.

Would you like Gap cover? Alloy Wheel Cover? Dent Repair Cover? GardX? Hairy Arse Cover?

Now Gap Cover, I suppose that some people will go for but how many of us buy the other options?

Is it just me? I guess that I've just been offered about £2,500 worth of these options and declined all of them.

Gap only - no real need for anything else.
I've always declined everything and bought the Gap cover elsewhere for usually less.
