Could you recommend a book that looks at the history of Porsche GmbH and in particular the creation and subsequent development of the 911 from inception through to the modern day versions.
I'm not looking for fine detail, just a solid read that gives a good general overview.
Porsche - A History of Excellence by Randy Leffingwell is probably a good choice, i.e. very readable and not incredibly nerdy (yet plenty of solid information)
