Boxster S 2004 - Purchase, help please ...

Hi Porsche collective,
In need of some advice please...
Been looking at a 04 Boxster Ltd edtn Spider, the run out model....
Few things..
Door air bag trim seems to be loose, almost like it's come un glued from the card/airbag mech - both sides, not deployed but defiantly seen better days - any clues?
The brakes were average, to say the least. Having driven a few this one was very average if not poor - What the potential cost to refurb the lot? - It also looked like it needed new disks / not much life left in the fitted ones.
Lastly and most worryingly, and you'll have to bare with the description...
When driving and encountering a rough surface / man hole / pot hole the steering feel seemed to judder / and the front just didn't feel right, like the Geo was out and the bushes were totally gone.
weird thing the car has only done 45K.
Really appreciate some pointers on what to look out for and potential costs - Thank you in advance.

The airbag could just be loose. You have to take the door card off to get to it and its done up with 4 bolts that need a torx driver. Without seeing it its hard to say but its possible.
Reference the brake discs and pads all round could set you back a fair bit. Try euro car parts but I think it will probably cost about £600+ to do the brakes. Of course if you do them yourself you will save the labour.
Cant help on the front end query but someone else will be along shortly with that one.
