They're a mighty fine tyre.

They're not bad for a mid range budget tyre but not in the same league as Michelin Pilot Sports.

They're much improved from the 452, quieter, more rim protection and easier to swap as they're asymmetric.

Unfortunately they're now priced to close to "better" tyres for me to choose them again.

I've just replaced a set if 453s for Dunlop Spprt Maxx RTs on my daily hack and the difference is staggering.

I've used them on my daily shed for nearly 2 years. Excellent grip but very high wear rates on driven rears. On balance it is just as expensive (or cheap depending on your point of view) to use premium tyres and get the better mileage out of them....

Fit better tyres, they won't cost much more.
