997 C2 - Feedback required

Hi,

A work mate is lookin to buy a Black Tiptronic C2 ~ 2007 plate. Saw this one on PH:

Spec wise, it looks decent enough, but I ain't no expert. I think the price is a bit strong myself, but I would like to hear feedbacks from the real PH experts!

Normally you'll fall over Tiptronics at Specialist dealers, but a quick look at the more reputable ones only yields a small selection to compare this car too right now!
Anyway: This does look to be a slightly high but nonetheless fair price for a very good car with low miles. Lack of Sports Seats aside, the spec is pretty much 'tick all the boxes' and does have the benefit of a recent inspection and service at an OPC. I would ask if the current owner is so keen to throw money at it, does the car have any OPC warranty at all or left over, as this would help seal the deal. If it doesn't I'd be a little confused, but that would also help negotiate a grand off this price easy - there's a lot 997's about at the moment, and while this does look one of the best, isn't THE best, so don't be too keen to take his arm off...
