Porsche wrap

Has anyone had there porsche wraped by either of these guys. Racoon or Tottaly dynamic.
Info would be great.

don`t know anything about these companies, but I do know that pwpro in Mansfield Notts, is one of the best about if not the best from looking at forums etc

the GTR guys love him!

Someone said to me Racoon have a very good rep winning awards .
Just wanted a little more research.
Both of these are nearer to me as in south east.

Whereabouts in the south east? There is a company based in Camberley, Berks that does a lot of wraps for GTR's (can't remember their name at the moment, but if its close enough I will try to get my grey matter working and remember)

ok, depends on how far you are willing to travel, its Valet Magic, not used them myself, but there work looks good (from what I've seen)

So far I have 2 in the running Racoon and Totally Dynamic any info on Totally Dynamic from anyone would be great as they are only 10 miles away .

Theres a company called Dipinit near andover, matt finish spray that can be peeled off!!!

I have almost considered a wrap in the past but seeing that has completely put me off the idea forever!

Had the wrap on for around a year and when I had it taken off it still looked like the day it went on pretty much.

If the paintwork underneath is not great then expect to lose lacquer when you remove the wrap, I had a bad patch on the rear PU as it had been repainted years before.

The thing to watch out for is how skilled the person putting the wrap on is, you dont want a trainee around your car/paint with a scalpel!

Raccoon and TD both very good but talk to them first and tell them your concerns.

Raccoon wrapped a LOT of the cars for this years gumball 3000, lots of very expensive metal in very wacky wraps, so I assume they're pretty good. The few people I know that did it this year were very pleased

I've seen a few cars wrapped by pw pro. They look really good quality

If wrapping a car is such a minefield of costs, quality and potential damage to the car, there is a really obvious question as to why you'd do it?

Fair enough if it's for advertising, racing or something like the Gumball, but it seems to make no sense if it's purely a fashion thing.

The guys in Camberley in Surrey are Valet Magic - Robbie Orlando is the boss.
They have an excellent reputation amongst the GT-R fraternity (which were his initial customer base when he was working out of premises in Ascot, but since moving to Camberley he has expanded his customer base and now sees all sorts of cars for all sorts of work. He has wrapped amongst other things R8s, all sorts of 4x4s and a 12C. Check his website. http://www.valetmagic.com
I've never used him for a wrap but he did a great paint correction detail on my SLS.

Its basically a colour change the paint is excellent condition but hate the colour.
