I was just have a glance at some classic air cooled pork and came accross this beauty. Would you say it was fairly priced?

It looks nice in one of the best colours, but its some way off being a true replica IMO and I'd want to know more about its history at 180k miles.
The value of a good rep is in the correct spec engine and all the small details which add up to the full experience. The delivery and response of a 3.2 is very different to a 2.7 on MFI.
However, if it was built on a good donor and done well, it could be a lot of fun.

Bonnet pins suggest that it's still got the short-bonnet slam panel, and the paint finish in the close-up headlight picture doesn't look brilliant either...

It's not really "to RS specification" though. It's a 911 SC that looks nice. I love the looks, but it's not going to be much more RS like than any other SC. It wouldn't do it for me. Price? Fairish. Compare it with nice SCs.

But, I'd be thinking, what genuine/original Porsche could I buy instead for £32k?

the bit i know is. we brought the car from dom with no engine and box at svp. it was used for trackdays as a sc. we fitted the 3.2 engine and box from the most rotten 1970 911 ive ever seen, that was also a stripped out trackday car that we use to make different kits on now ie 2.8 and singer look cars. it has our lightweight panels on- boot lid, front wings, bumpers and long short bonnet as we call them. (a long outer with short inner to fit to original slam panel to save a load of welding and use original locks) ironically in this case it has bonnet pins as we finished it as yet again a stripped out trackday car in white. we do sell long/long bonnets too. it also has a fibreglass or kevlar roof, i cant remember which. it had a sunroof someone had removed to save weight and bolted a piece of perspex in to cover the hole when we 1st got it! the wheels came off another car that we brought to do a similar thing to as the car we are talking about.
we sold the car to a fellow trader for 14k i think, ill ask my dad tomorrow, he painted it viper green and put in the seats, carpets, steering wheel and chrome window trims polished the rims etc etc and sold it through brooklands auction a couple of months back now. the brooklands cars go for good money we had a customer sell a dog of a yellow 2.2 with a 2.4 engine sell for 30k saturday.
