leaky 996TT -Turbo oil pipe ?

Hi

I got back from a brief drive out last night and noticed a pool of something that looked to have come from somewhere around the near side turbo which made me guess at the oil pipe but as I walked to the front of the car I could see a similar wet patch coming from somewhere around the off side front wheel - i.e. diagonally opposite.

I'm guessing its a bit of a coincidence for them not to be related but I'm not sure. The actuator on the near side has been changed in the last couple of hundred miles if that makes a difference.

It was dusk when I was looking last night so I'll have a better view over the weekend.

Any thoughts in the meantime ?

I'd imagine the front end leak to be one of the water radiators.

Although I wouldnt describe the area under the rads as the wheel area

What is the fluid at both of these patches?

Sorry, I've been off line over the weekend.

Yes, both patches

Although I didnt take it out for a drive over the weekend I ran it up to temperature whilst on the driveway and it all seemed ok, no drips that I could see. Oil level was ok, coolant was a little low but still above min. My only other guess was power steering fluid, the level looked ok but when I turned it on full lock I could hear the pump make a bit of a noise.

I'll take it out for a decent run when I get a chance and reassess.

I think either power steering fluid or air con condenser. Does your air con work ok?
