A lot of motorway driving yesterday. £67 of Shell Super returned 300 miles. Driving pretty slow on return journey, M4 heavy rain, 60/70mph.
Pretty impressive mpg I thought.

yeah good figures, I've found that if you can keep below 4k rpm you can achieve 30 mpg on a run...

Mostly 6th gear, so yes under 4k.

Good. Another argument I can use to justify my 996.2 GT3 purchase two weeks ago. I am under pressure and my wife says she now has an unlimited shoe budget.
