Let me know what's your favourite colour. I have to say white, with sports design mirrors (and painted side air intakes) would be my preference.

Whats the blue thing near the handles on the door? Surely not so that they don't hit anything when they open?

That's exactly what it is - a foam block.

Agreed on Black and CL's but quite like the chrome for a bit of definition.

It's got a timeless quality about it. The chrome highlights the classic 911 shape and chimes well with the wheels. Personally getting a bit tired of the white car/black wheels thing.

Friend from the Porsche Club went over to Europe for the launch and was told by the Porsche person there that Porsche are working on making the side intakes less plastic looking. I *assume* that means a painted option in the configurator soon (or perhaps will have to wait for Gen 2)

Both those styles of wheels are truly horrible.

In contrast, i absolutely love the new GT3 wheels, they are just right, not blingy, just race car aggressive.

Presumably most will be black or grey, and white is in vogue, so that'll be popular.

'Colours' will be less common, so may look a bit more individualistic.

EVO reckoned the base spec 991 Turbo will be the better buy.
