Mid 80's 3.2 Project

Evening All,
I fancy rebuilding a mid 80's 3.2 as a winter project. Idealy I'd be looking for a car in very poor condition but with a straight and rust free shell. Plans wouldn't be extensive, probably a repaint and retrim, swap box for a G50 and rebuild the 3.2 with a mild power increase to around 250bhp.
Anyone know of any suitable cars for sale and what the going rate for a poor condition 3.2 is, preferably one thats sat it a field for a while
? Or have any advice on the rebuild?
