I've driven a 2013 991 C4S, and thought it was excellent - the perfect 'real world' contemporary 911.

But, I do think Porsche devalue the marque with these so called 'limited editions'.

Agreed, loved the 991 C4S too think with powerkit would be spot on.

I've driven two C4Ss - one on road one at PEC. Both very impressive, but options can elevate the price. Interestingly, PEC instructor said he'd probably tick pccbs before power kit.

Yes, I've driven one also and really (really) liked it (a lot)

But Patriotic as I am, sticking a Union Jack on it removes from the package rather than adding to it IMO.

Not even Halfords gets this cheesy....

Anyway, made me chuckle and thought I would share the joy

All five of Hatfield's allocation were unveiled at RAF Hendon museum on Thursday evening. First two customers were presented with their keys on the night. There were many better looking 911's there. £128k for a 4S with powerkit, painted wheels, and not a lot more. Not exactly a bargain. The colour does nothing for it either.

how they can call it grey black? its effing primer, and the only thing that can't be specced as standard is the colour (thank god) and the bits you mentioned

slate grey worked well on early 911's especially with red interior. But not on modern stuff.
