Gen 1 Cayman (2.7) and Cayman S (3.4) - same exhaust?

As per the title, really - would a sports exhaust from a 2.7 Cayman fit my 3.4 Cayman S? Same year, just not sure if they share the same exhaust system (cat-back).

Yip, same exhaust, I have a 2.7 and bought a Carnewal exhaust that could do either the 3.4 or 2.7.
