Engineer required for report on Porsche Panamera

Hi. Can anyone recommend a qualified engineer who can do an independent report on the handling/suspension/steering on my 2012 Panamera. Porsche have washed their hands of it as has dealer, but issues remain and i need a second opinion! I'm based Surrey/London. Also has anyone else had issues around on-going alignment issues?

Would an independent Porsche specialist do, or would this be perceived as a conflict.
If Ok I might suggest Steve at Jaz in Wembley or GT1 in Chertsey who are also v good

I'd suggest someone like Parr, whose capability Porsche aren't likely to question, as they themselves contract them as an official supplier to the Carrera Cup GB.

Might it be putting Parr in a difficult place though ?
