Desperately Seeking Tootsie!

Ok, I’m not actually desperate – But, on a recent tour in France in our Chevrolet Corvette (stay with it Porsche chaps!) we got chatting to a chap who was also on a tour, in his Porsche Cayman, with about 10 other various Porsches. We shared a few interests, to say the least!
We’d discussed meeting at Le Mans but didn’t exchange details….
The only clue I have is that his car registration read “almost” as TOOTSIE. I think it may have been J101 SIE or something along those lines.
Ring any bells anyone?
