MY 2008 Cayenne Turbo - pitfalls?

This might be a premature thread but it could well be worth asking.
A good mate has a lovely specced Cayenne Turbo, 2008 with reasonable mileage, and he mentioned in passing recently that he might be thinking of selling. I checked the prices and it seems reasonable. He loves his cars and never stints on servicing etc...
I've had a general scan of the web and nothing scary seems to come up regarding reliability other than it can be hard on tyres and brakes as it's a big lump with great performance, but he assures me he had new discs, pads and tyres fitted at the last service. As far as I know, in the few years he's had it, he's not had any problems.
I currently have a Cayman S so I'm au fait with Porsche running costs.
From experience, is there anything particularly prone to going pop I need to be aware of?
