eBay Item #2498154572

Just fitted one of these on my 944 S2 and it results in much flatter cornering. Well worth it!

I combined this with new std shocks and a 968CS M030 rear adjustable anti-roll bar.

I tried the car with new shocks and std roll bars first and can vouch for the fact that the 968 M030 bars made a big difference once fitted.

Adrian at Exeter OPC was very helpful for the parts and cut me a good deal.

The current bid price is a bit of a bargain - think new price is normally £180 before discount.

Sorry Buster, but...

1) It's a rear anti-roll bar
2) Check fitment, the front anti-roll bar needs Mo30 hubs from memory (which non Mo30 cars won't have)
3) Just fitting the rear will make your 968 handle strangely (more oversteer), in all likelihood.

Buyers beware...

I just noticed this from re-reading the auction.

I'm sure at 30mm it is the front anti-roll bar, think rear is something like 18mm?????

Also looks like the front from the photo??

Worth checking the part number with an OPC prior to bidding.

Does require new bushes as obviously 944 ones won't fit.

You may be right re 30mm and 18mm. Maybe the twerp's listed it wrong - that's going to really p1ss off someone.

If it's the front after all, I think it needs M030 hubs? I may be wrong, but if it does, then this will be very expensive. They are something like 500 GBP each.

And fitting it to the front of a normal 968 will just make it understeer. They need to be fitted as a set really.

Curiosity got the better of me!

Rang OPC - part no. is for a front 968CS M030 retailing at £176.71 + VAT.

The hubs don't need changing, but the bushes do.

Fitting the 968 M030 on mine I needed new arb bushes, retaining clips etc. Brackets and drop links are the same for S2 and 968CS - Adrian at Exeter OPC checked this out for me.

The rear 968CS M030 bar is something like £100.

If someone is in the know they outa get a bargain!!

Cheers for the research Buster . Well done for going to the effort of actually finding out, rather than having a guess like I normally do

Right, Dave, how much not to bid? It won't fit your Clio anyway

PS Ebay is also good for security cameras and baseball bats. Just so you know.
