Good lord ...where to begin???!!! First batch of Gt2 came out in '95...this is a '94.....Gt2 were twin turbo...err...where are the turbos and intercooler on this one? the rear spoiler look correct...the front is not...there were rivetted arches on the Gt2....seats look good,,rest of interior is standard 993.....I think they mean Dp sort of GT2 bodykit on a 993 in the description.....which is reasonable as that is reflected in the price of the car, despite the misleading headline title of Gt2.

If you want to see real 993 Gt2 for sale look here www.gtclassics.co.uk priced accordingly.

I want a GT2.....but could never afford one.

I realised it was not a GT2...even with my mechanical know how I spotted that an intercooler was missing.....and I can put my handsup for spotting the arches too.

Just wondered if anyone knew much about it.

This looks like a C2 that had a DP motorsport body kit 'GT2' added to it. Then Herr Bling of Blingblingwagens of Koblenz had a go at the interior, before trimming MOD500's 993 turbo.

That is why it is 25k. It's a fancy nuts 993 C2 LHD. Nice BBS rims though.

Worth ripping the interior out (those door bins would be long gone in a real GT2) and inserting a second hand 993 Turbo engine. I have been offered these s/h for 3.5k in the trade, with 2k mods up to 450bhp.

So for less than 30k you could try and out banana Martyn's flying fyffe machine!

I've never seen so many RS for sale on one site Has he snapped up the entire batch, it's not as if they are a common car?

Paul is the UK agent for Tom Schmitz at H&S, the RS experts in Germany. Hence the nice stock

Looks like Richard Longs old car (check out old 911 & pork worlds for his regular running reports)

Price wise- tough to say, it would have to be a very very nice standard 930 to get that sorta dosh tho (& pref a late low miles 5 speed at that) & this is a quite individual car that really needs the right buyer, if its been for sale for 8 months which includes the whole spring & summer & hasnt sold that perhaps kinda says it all about the current price...

You could prbabally pick up an ex racer- even one with 993 looks & to a similar spec- for quite a bit less ££, if it was track days you had in mind.
