Cayenne Running on Winters

Just fitted a set of dealer supplied wheels and winter tyres to 2013 cayenne, it doesn't have tupre pressure monitoring but i'm sure I can hear a knock from the suspension now and again when on rough-ish roads, do I have to set anything in the air suspension or has anyone had a similar problem with air suspension

I have a 2013 Cayenne with air suspension and have recently swapped from 21" Turbo II's to 19" winters. I've done a couple of hundred miles since with no issues.
One thing I did notice when fitting the wheels was there was a spiggot ring on the the inner hub of the wheel, might be worth checking.
Another thought is to ask if the wheels you have fitted have the correct offset? Should be ET48 I think.

Check wheel nut torque - I had exactly that on my X5 and found that one wheel only had the nuts finger tight. I'll be going back to swapping the wheels myself in future…

don't remember seeing a spiggot ring to be honest on the wheels and none on my 21's taken off the car either

Did you fit the wheels or did the dealer do it for you?

I bought the wheels from a dealer who shipped them to me and my local garage fitted them for me

The knock seems to come from the near side, it's only subtle

So in that case .... as you have air suspension, did the local garage remember to put the suspension into service mode prior to jacking up the car?

If not they could have damaged the suspension.
