Yes I know the car well, well looked after but no roll bar....and its 4K to fit...

Does the cage and CS pack matter than much? . I had a cage in my GT2, but not GT3 and to be honest, found the ability to shove some stuff in the back, quite useful a number of times, particularly at work, or when I had to pick one of the kids up.

depends how much you are going to track it...My UK 991 GT3 is com spec....my LHD one is clubie....this is going to live on track...

The dealer should just fit one, it wont cost them 4k..then add another 4k to the price, 2k of wiggle room, then sold.

I have sat in it if that's any help! Stunning looking in the flesh (but the red trim is a bit loud) and it was in top condition. Felt pretty special from the drivers seat....

Yeah, i want a cage in there. Not too fussed about colour combos.

Anyone know of any sweet, low miles examples mail me. My only additional requirements are ceramics.

OP/James...I know from good experience that this is a very good time of year to buy a 7.2RS from an OPC. As someone else said above, I would suggest a deal that includes them retrofitting the cage. Has to be worth a shot and OPC will know that they will struggle to sell this car without Clubsport cage. Re the red accents...you can always paint them black or white gold and remove the decals. PCCBs wouldn't be a deal breaker for me either....just expensive consumables...but we all have different views on this so personal choice of course.

Anyway, has to be worth a discussion if only to see what's possible and then you make a decision...and nothing like buying an RS on Christmas Eve, for delivery on NYE or day prior!

Spoke to a nice chap there today, they had several requests over the fitting of a cage - howevr, it wasn't something they wanted to do. I can understand their reluctance. It will sell, no doubt of that -

The red was so bright, I hardly noticed the spoiler!

OP, there are a couple on the Top Marques website outside of the OPC network. There's an especially nice looking white one, but I'm no expert, and don't really know what I'm looking at with these cars.

Me too. Driving an old Cayenne for nearly two years, the customer service in Solihull is excellent.
