Help please - exhaust options on 997.2 TT

Chaps,

I'm after some help here please - I'm potentially about to push the button on another 911, a 997.2 TT however as much as I'm totally happy with the choice of car, like everyone else I'm somewhat underwhelmed by the exhaust note.... It's a main dealer car with usual 2 year warranty stipulations so I can't go and fit an aftermarket, and I've just found out rather surprisingly that PORSCHE DON'T MAKE A SPORTS EXHAUST FOR THE 997!!!

Q. Without invalidating the warranty, am I left with any options whatsoever?

I'm expecting some very short answers beginning with NO.

They didn't read your question fully, answer unfortunately, is indeed NO.

No Porsche option so no way to change without invalidating the warranty. Only solution left, open the window/sunroof & cane it.

As a passing thought if the Porsche dealer fitted a non-standard exhaust (assuming that they could be persuaded to) would that invalidate the warranty?

The only way that i can think of is to have your OE exhaust modified internally keeping the external appearance stock, there is a German Company on Ebay that offers this service
