classifieds not working properly?

ok so I am looking in the classifieds and I am unable to narrow the search to year, mileage etc. all I am getting is every car.anyone else also experiencing problems?much preferred the old set up.

Agree with you. I think the new search function is terrible.
Say you search Boxster 981. It comes up with 100 results but then you can not narrow it down to engine size or auto/manual.
You have to do all this before you start the first search.

Why do I.T. people always want to change things

I can either put in say Porsche and get every Porsche for sale or I can put in year,manual etc and get every make of car for sale.it was much easier when you put in make and then model and then year etc.
I am so glad I am not selling a car on here at the moment because you will be losing punters!

The 'Latest Classified Listing' function when you select an individual marque seems to be broken as well. Currently showing that all the ads are 5 days old.

It's also a shame that once a car is posted it can't be moved back to the top of the list for 14 days. All the ads seem to be from the same traders refreshing their cars every day.

If the ads we're new you'd get more people looking!

Agreed the fact the adds look 5 days old puts some off looking. Its like the new forum format. Its now easy to miss threads unless you toggle across them all. Who thinks this is better than previous??!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally agree, classifieds used to be easy to search, navigate & filter, now almost impossible, but hey someone must have thought it's an improvement...!

Why is it the "Used Porsche 911 [Pre-89] cars for sale" always has 'Specialist Cars of Malton" cars at or close to the top?

PH Classifieds it gets boring seeing the same ads every time you visit a section.

Can you look to stop them going back to the top for X days?

can a tech please explain why my browser in classifieds is not working properly.i have just returned from Thailand and a computer I used over their worked perfectly here is a link to what I get or it may come out correctly on someone elses computer.
