996T rear window seal lifting at the top..

..its just at the join to the roof, the seal is lifting a few mm on both sides. Not terrible but from the condensation inside the car (albeit only a small amount) I think it is letting a few drops of water in - and its likely to be sticking up into the airflow too, when I am commuting to work at 190mph..probably.

There have been a few threads about rear window seals in 996 but this seems different? I am tempted to get some glue or sealant in there..any advice? What is good sealant for this job?(I am paranoid about some sealants having acetic acid in them that eat the paint..)

Was one of the few things picked up on the PPI, so I might as well get my money's worth and fix it!

Would contact Glassman and see what he recommends. Would get it fixed soon especially in this bad weather as could lead to rust later on around the seal.

Ta, who is glassman? A local friendly PH autoglass fitter I am guessing..
And..a wee bump to see if there are any other 996 specific replies..

Edit: Just fiddling with it and found that by sliding the seal sideways in its groove up the sides of the rear window, that allows the corner to settle down totally flat against the roof. It had shrunk a bit and that was making it lift at the corner edges. Simples. Not that any of you care..sniff.
