If it sells then I guess it shows a major turning point in 6GT3 values. That's a big if though - prices are definitely on the up, but not by that much.

Does look awesome though, can't beat a bit of SY

It's winter - they're all tucked up somewhere warm.......

Very few about though - especially clubsports

Normally this time of year there are a good few looking for new homes. A decent gen 2 is into the 40's now and not C/S either.

There aren't any good examples of sports cars for sale at all - no GT3s, RSs, F40s, CGTs, 512trs, 360 CSs, etc.

It's like they've all vanished into a black hole... Very scary.

There's currently 17 996 GT3 ads in the classifieds and that's as much as I can remember for a good while!

Admittedly 10 of them aren't even GT3's mind you.

Remember seeing it at jzm thinking it looked a good buy at £44k ish.....can't recall how long ago it was they had it though......18mths maybe.......seems to be a car that people are buying to flip for a quick profit.

My dad's mate had one of the Town and County Aberdeen supplied SY CS's, I'm now wondering if this could be it!

Could it have been my mate James's that was at Applecross last year? We keep hearing there were only 3 or 4 UK SY CS mk1's built.

18 SY Mk1s in total but given that a quarter of Mk1s were Clubbies, you can divide it by 4 for a very rough guess.

15 Guards and I know of 4 or 5 CS.

Most popular colour was silver. 34 in total.

I'd have bought mine regardless of colour but I'm very glad it's red. Yellow or red are most peoples top choices.

The unique Cobalt blue one looks nice.

I hate seeing things in the wrong section trying to be something they're not. Ridiculous.

I think that's a lot of money for the car even though it is lovely, but if it does sell it can't be a bad thing for all GT3 prices going forward.

My gt3 might not have been a bad investment after all, maybe the 991 PDK has made instant classics of all GT3's.

The chances have got to be pretty high! Does James have the details of the owner from new? My dad's mate's surname is "Patience". I'm sure we've had this convo before regarding this!
