No excuse it should't happen but why flaunt the car like this in his position?
The top 85 people in the world are as wealthy as all of the poorest half of the worlds total population. An unbelievable stat I heard from the head of the International Monetary Fund a few weeks ago on a live broadcast. 85 individuals have as much wealth as half the f
king population of the world.??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Governments need to work with each on an international basis to tax these people as I can guarantee all of those 85 people live in tax havens such as Monaco or Middle East.
The rest of us who earn decent salaries pay 40-50% income tax. I can easily see riots like this in England again. There is an under class that has been formed over the last 30 years that has no hope. People can't afford to pay there food bills and energy bills whilst the ultra rich get richer. In Russia they generally get richer by corruption if they're in politics so don't feel sorry at all for the politician but shame about the car. Rant over...
