Just a quick acknowledgment for great service at Bournemouth OPC....I went to the Service Clinic last Saturday and expected a long list of advisory items....but after a coffee and danish, a £20 gift voucher, a nosey around the workshop and under the car and a wash and vacuum I was advised that they would sort out the air con under warranty (didn't know it was bust),

I ent back today and my youngest son came away with three posters (including a 991 GT3) and he saw the 991 GT3 in the flesh. Happy days.

Thank you Bournemouth and Rod in particular.

2nd recommendation from me - always treated my cars with the utmost care. Their attention to detail is awesome.

I've had a Damascene conversion with Bournemouth OPC. From the worst ever service, lies, vehicle damage, litigation etc., the place is now normal, with great service, care, and a reasonably honest bill.

As I suspected the reason for their poor performance was due to the DP. He's now long gone, either the new one has cracked the whip, or the staff have just come out from the oppressive belligerent cloud under which they were forced to operate. Former DP handed in his notice, was told he didn't actually have to work his notice... byebye

.... and has gone to another premium German manufacturer in the town. Funnily enough another dealers that used to be run by an fkwitted family that provided poor service for years, and was bought out by a big group and had really turned around....

ETA:
Just realised both premium German manufacturers in the town were family run enterprises. It's not the one in Holes Bay Road biggrin
