Achievable discount on new 991?

I've seen a dealer has several 14 plate 991 available and I'm planning a trip up to look at them this weekend. One is a 50th edition and the other is a really nice c4s. They look pre reg vehicles and speccing them up are roughly £100000 / £105000 vehicles. So any ideas of what's achievable these days ?

These widely regarded as overpriced 991 Gen 1s will inevitably suffer fairly horrific depreciation especially with the forthcoming imminent Gen 2 introduction but if you are adamant it has to be a 'new' one and with this in mind I would expect a minimum discount of ten per cent......

Or you could maybe wait for the GTS which sounds quite interesting (450bhp) and will inevitably hold its value better than cooking Carreras....

Or save a shed load of £ and go for an early 991C2S at 'trade' price, e.g. this to be auctioned on Wednesday....

991 production numbers have been drastically cut, but I would say £7k is still achievable if you have any sort of relationship with a dealer. I was offered just over that about six weeks ago on a C4s.
