Selling with warranty?

Finally have to get rid of my beloved Gen 1 997 after 4 years. As I have the OPC warranty till next year, does this mean I can only sell privately, as the documents suggest that it can only be transferred to another private owner. I have seen 911V selling with OPC warranty, is that SOR? Thanks for any advice.

Extended warranty is only transferable in a private sale. You're right about 911V though so I'd guess they were SOR cars.
