Hi. Does anyone know of a company in the UK who can reset a porsche pcm (2004) from us navigation to UK/europe. Porsche quote £450. This is a us car imported into the uk. Thanks

Would not a used navigation dvd do the trick off ebay?

something like this?

apparently the machine has to be reset and other parameters put in. so it's a computer thing. it won't play european dvds unfortunately otherwise that would be a great solution.

Can you check that's true? Perhaps you can update the PCM software at the same time.

PH members have helped out on this front in the past with some useful pointers. Do a search as there is defo a thread about updating the software.

Google gpsunderground

Search on gpsunderground for porsche - there may be some details on that forum that can help you. I found it very helpful for updating my mk1 TT nav.
