Repaint a 996 Cab

My black 996 3.6 cab with black interior, needs a lot of paintwork to tidy up. So I'm thinking of repainting it Viper Green or Signal Orange. It is totally standard with 18" Carrera 5 spoke which will go gloss black. Do I get a GT3 front bumper and side skirts? Or not. I can sort of picture in my head, but can't find and pictures of a cabriolet. I know I'll get hammered come resale, but I really don't care.

Go for it then sir - your car, your choice mind you that will be costly for shut lines, apertures etc

My local body shop did a customer 997 a little while back: removed a dodgy wrap (which took a lot of paint with it), fitted gt3rs bumpers and painted the car metallic orange. They did nothing for the originality, but the car looked ace! Do it.
