962 with a GT3 transplant Any Electrical Guru's here ??

Hi I've started to build a 962 from the ground up as a road car, and now have a 2007 GT3RS motor and complete body loom with all the Electrical boxes. My question is does anyone know of a Guy / company that has transplanted a 997 GT3 motor into something else but kept the OEM ECU and hopefully dash pod ??
Is it even possible to delete all the stuff we wont need from the ECU, as these days all the boxes tend to speak to each other in order for them to run....

That 917 looks nice, the 962 looks great at first but then you see the differences... First of the wheel-base looks way to short, there should be way more room in that engine bay. Plus it has that side scoop and there's something not right about the nose.... Don't get me wrong the body in my shop is woefully bad in fit and finish but its very true to the original in design and shape... to each there own.

I think Porsche General would be best.I too love the Rothmans colours, but there are so many fantastic liveries, like the Lowenbrau and Jagermeister ones! And the red and yellow Dunlop Shell one!
