Evening all.
I've never thought about any of my previous cars as being either a 'he' or 'she'.
Recently I've been referring to my 993 as 'Porky' as it just seems to fit.
Clearly you shouldn't be calling a girl Porky, even if she is curvy.
Im thinking I'm in the minority and my 993 is a fella!

Yup minority. Have you a wife/partner/girlfriend?

If so, your 993 will soon become known as the 'other' women.

Sometimes I'm sure my wife seriously gets miffed with my affection towards her.

Saying that, we have just cone back from a seven day trip around the Pyrenees together....... That's the 993 and me, I left the wife at home. smile

I class mine as a girl (penelope is the name I went for as I couldn't think of any German ladies names begining with f). My wife's fiesta is male (felix is what she went for).

All my cars have always been "she's" . But that might stem from the fact am Italian and cars are OF COURSE feminine in our poetic language smile

If you have had a 911 you will know, it costs a lot to run, needs you to really push it before it performs, and makes no logical sense, air cooler -really why? Back seats -really why? Yep it's a women without a shadow of a doubt

I was never one to name my cars or call it a he or a she

But the tingling feeling driving my favourite car should only be able to be delivered by a she

Sorry guys, I know what you're getting at but I agree with TOV!E - it's just a lump of metal and the next one I own will be even better.
