Cayenne S ride height?

I mentioned on another thread that I'd had to have my ride height controller and 4 height sensors replaced. I collected the car today, but it is now much higher than it was before.

I've owned the car about 18 months and know the suspension was calibrated because I had it done soon after I bought it. I live near some width restrictions, and in all that time the mirrors JUST clear the bollards by about 5mm when I have suspension on the low setting, which is how I usually drive.

Now, on the low setting - there is a big gap from the mirrors to the bollards - at least a couple of inches, if not more. The car also looks high - on low setting it looks like it used to on normal.

Before I take it back, I want to confirm the height is wrong now (as opposed to before) - so can somebody measure their Cayenne S of a similar age (53 plate) and confirm heights? I measured to the bottom of the wheel arch at the front of the car (rear height seemed to be about 2cm heigher) and the heights are :

Low setting : 82cm
Normal setting : 85cm

Can anybody confirm if these are correct?

Thanks a lot for the info - that confirms it.

My ride height is dead on, at 190mm front. Only problem being, that's when the suspension is set on it's low level.

Suspension was on low when I dropped it off, and when I collected it. I think the ride height has been set without changing this to normal which is why the car is now too high. Will have to take the Cayenne back when I collect my turbo from it's service. At least it's an easy job.

If you like it low there is an ability to lie to the ECU (by up to 40mm) making normal, 'low' and so on (this can be useful to reduce transmission noises too - puts everything in line better during fast road use)

Thanks - that's tempting, since I tend to use Low pretty much all the time. Making that height normal, and low even lower would make sense.
