Another thread has just been closed down because it dared discuss, criticise and ask about the Moderator's role and basis for what they do...

What posting rules did this break ?

Where's the transparency guys ?

Why not let it run its course ?

If you don't like it you are free to contact Nathan at Haymarket. Having a pop at the mods has never been well-received.

Yes I have left the building for a better place

Pistonheads ought to look at the historic level of posting activity on the combined Porsche forums
I think we make up a fair bit of traffic. Crimp kept the classified in the black with the number of Pork he bought and sold over the years !

Did you know Garlick had also exited a Pistonheads towers without any official editorial.
Haymarket must be very insecure not to thank him for his years of hardwork

Car website he said in the huge goodbye thread. Felt it was best done away from the front page of PH and he started a thread instead.

Are we now saying that Moderators are beyond reproach ?

The 'rules' are documented, but it is the moderators who are interpreting those rules..clearly to the dismay of many.

Does that not suggest there is a problem / inconsistency - No one should be above being held to account ?

Hey guys, I've posted a reply to the other thread of a similar theme, but just to let you know Nathan is away on holiday at the moment (not jealous!) - anyway if anyone has any questions that are not answered in my other post then feel free to drop me a line - James.drake@haymarket.com

Cheers
