991 GT3 and 997.2 Turbo S driving experience.........

Just had 10 laps in the cars at a track day experience. I think my 997.1 Turbo is going to have to go now! the GT3 was fantastic.

Tell us more. I tried a 991 TTS at a Porsche Millbrook event and while it's undoubtedly quick, on the way back to the hotel base, it felt no different than an updated version of my 997.2 turbo (non-S). I liked the turn in from the rear steering but thought it was all still a bit one-dimensional and soulless. That's why I have a deposit in for a GT3.

The step up from a 997.1 Turbo to 997.2 Turbo 'S' is definitely noticeable - but all the 991 models seem to have lifted the competency to another level.

a 991.1 gt3 seems like the perfect upgrade for a car enthusiast coming from a 997 turbo
