996 Turbo Clutch and Dove House Cars :)

So after all my woes .... Dealer agreed to pay half fo the new clutch cost

Looking about Dove House was best price by far (£1190) so went there to have it done as i was passing anyway. FYI porsche quoted £2200, and most indies over £1400.

Really happy with the work and service done - Tony even sent me pictures of my engine out and car up in the air! When i went to collect the car i got a full run down of what was wrong with clutch - and then shown the clutch as well.

Got given advice on the car as well from someone who you can tell just isnt doing their job - but its their passion too, makes a load of difference and had it not been so late i could have spent ages listening and learning.

Also got told that the car is brutally fast for an X50 Smile

Got a free mini cooper diesel to run about in whilst mine was being fixed to which was volunteered to me when i asked if i could get a lift to the station.

All in price, service etc... can easily see why these guys won 911 UK gold this yr. If it were closer would def use these guys regularly.

(Only weird bit was i was expecting a full on 'garage' but instead it looked like an admin office. Last place you would expect to see a garage full of exotics etc - very covert indeed!)
