Woohoo! After collecting my 7.1 GT3 a couple of weeks ago I finally get to do a decent trip in it smile A mate of mine has organised us a weekend away in Wales: drive up Thursday night, beers, Friday driving the choicest roads in Wales, beers, Saturday at the Rally School, beers, Sunday drive home. VERY excited! Should be a decent mix of cars going - my GT3, my organising mate's Caterham R500 and another mate's 12C plus a load of others. Will try and take lots of pics and maybe get some GoPro footage smile

What mic set up are you using there? I've got a GoPro but the wind noise gets too much above 35mph so looking to get a frame and a mic to use....

I have done this. Its pretty sweet. Especially when you get a go in the proper cars later on in the day and when he takes you for a fast lap to show you how its really done. If I recall the drive up was pretty bumpy/steep so watch out for your splitter!

Took my son to the Phil Price Rally School last year for his 21st birthday. Got him insured in my Cayman S as a little extra surprise so he enjoyed the drive up and then he won the fastest time prize to round off the day. It looked like huge fun, I wish I'd done it too!

Great fun and a really good day out which I really enjoyed... As above, the road up to the centre is pretty rudimentary. I managed it in my 996 C4S but must admit I was a bit nervous. Will be fun in a GT3
