Was just looking through the DVLA's number plate auction list for their next auction.

Spotted 911 GTS and 993 GT are going for auction.

I've been watching some of the earlier auctions and some of the plates go for bonkers money - £20k plus, and then you have to add VAT and fees.

I was hoping to pick up a humble plate with the letters ROW. They are in every auction however I am not paying £1k for a boring plate.

I bought GT54 FUN a while ago with hopes of a different car, but alas it stays on retention - it does seem a v good DVLA auction this time round.

My dad bought 911 EUF back in 1980 and it's been on his 911s ever since, shame it wasn't RUF!
