Guys - once again bowing to everyones knowledge and extra experience.

I have a Cayman S. Over last few months I've noticed a squeaking, which I assume from the brakes as happens during braking. Recently, when coasting or low speeds - 1st gear, There is a high pitched noise that I can hear. Nothing crazy but maybe a potential issue getting worse? Then to compound this when reversing last few times into my drive a noise is coming from steering column i think that i would find hard to describe. Again nothing major. The noise will happen if I'm still and move steering wheel. I don't think any of these noises were there when i purchased the car 6 months ago.

I took to dealer under warranty (which expired November) and they said nothing wrong and running fine. Squeaking from brakes can be warming up etc. Should I press this further?

Thanks in advance

See the recent thread on the scrubbing and thumping from the steering at low speed (it is normal).

I have no idea about your high-pitched noise. A mouse in the air vents?

Do you have a link or roughly when it was? Thanks.

And haha - a mouse! I would just smash it!
