Paragon have a pretty good reputation. Haven't used them for serving myself but my current car had been serviced by them for a number of years before I bought it and was well looked after.

Another +1 for 9E

I've heard good things about Diablo Engineering at Handcross. I've bought a car from them (non-Porsche) but haven't used them for servicing.

If you're near Horsham, speak to Keith at Addspeed http://www.addspeed.co.uk/porsche-servicing.php He's been specialising in Porsches for a long time.

Precision porsche have a great rep, I have used Parr near Gatwick for a clutch and RMS last year. Excellent service and will price match where applicable.
