Off topic urgent opinions on 2 535d tourings

Off topic but i value the input of Porsche petrolheads.
I wonder if I could get thoughts on comparing the following two 535d M Sport tourings at main bmw dealers. Doing a deal this week. Near on identical spec except where noted below
Car one - on a 60 plate Dec10, grey with beige leather, 38k miles at £25,000 - added extra of a year left on service pack.
Car two - on a 12 plate March12, white with black leather, 27k miles at £31,000 - added extra of 19 inch wheels.
Both cars have pretty much all the spec i want - prof nav, xenons, sport auto etc. Both are AUCs with one year warranty.
Is the newer car worth £6k more?

Dark grey can be very nice with a beige interior. I assume this is the gun metal grey so many E60/61s seem to come in. I wouldn't mind one iota. Given the fairly similar mileages and the spec, I would buy the cheaper car. A 535d is never going to be an investment, if it's a sound car, I'd sleep sound in the knowledge that I would lose less money over the duration of ownership. Brave
This is the older car and the interior (which i think looks a lot nicer than black interior)
And this the newer one and the interior
for me the black interior is quite sombre, the beige looks much more sumptuous.
The white looks more eyecatching but i prefer the more subtle and elegant look of the grey car.

Both cars will lose a shedload of cashcash. Get an earlier LCI with higher mileage for less than half the price. The E60/61 is a pretty solid car, capable of high mileages.
I bought my 57 plate 525d E61 when it was just coming up to its fifth birthday, with 94k on the clock. I paid £11.5k from a main dealer's trade outlet. The only problems I've had in 2.5 years and 22k miles are a new AC compressor (was faulty when I bought the car, so replaced under warranty), and a new battery. It has needed one service, including front discs, and pads all round. I ditched the runflat tyres pretty much as soon as I got it, and that has transformed the handling. It's now worth around £6k as a trade in.
Easily the most capable all-rounder that I have ever owned, and plenty fast enough for a daily driver. I'll probably keep it until it dies.

I have an F10 520d msport in grey with black leather 60 plate with 73k miles and f10 520d se in black with beige leather 60 plate with 152k miles.
Both great cars but black leather much easier to keep and I think nicer to look at.
I like your white one with the 19" wheels although be aware that a bridgestone on the rear is £375.....,

Having had both and done 80k in each I can honestly say the F11 is in a different league to the E61.
