I suspect he means the 981 Spyder, not the 987.
He let something slip in the last PH interview suggesting he ordered a Boxster Spyder — can't order a car that was last built in 2012.

What am I missing? Roehrl doesn't exactly strike me as cabriolet kind of guy. Surely he could just bring his old Audi S1 to brag at cars and coffee.

The imminent 981 Boxster Spyder/GT4 is probably what he ordered. Now I want one too!
