Spark Plugs not changed!

I purchased my Cayenne Turbo back in Sept 2013, and prior to me buying it an OPC carried out a major Service in April 2013. Included on the Invoice is parts and labour for 8 shiney new spark plugs.
Imagine my horror today when a garage calls and tells me that my car is fitted with two different types of spark plugs, Two of which were not even suitable for the car! Looks like the dealer forgot to replace the old spark plugs but still charged.
One thing I do by habit is get any garage to put the old parts in the boot. Glad I do now...

Ah this old chestnut, let me explain.
Most OPC technicians are recruited from Norfolk due to their 6 finger hands. This worked perfectly until the introduction of the 8 cylinder cars and messed up the counting system for changing spark plugs/coil packs. Porsche tried removing 2 of the fingers on each hand but this then reproduced the same problem in 6cyl cars.

As said before I've always had the habit of getting mechanics to put the old parts in the boot. Glad I do now!
I've owned two cars where getting to the plugs, or a couple of the plugs, did require a little bit more effort to change. When I subsequently decided to do service work myself, found that these difficult to reach plugs hadn't been changed for years. I've also found the same with some difficult to access filters etc.
I think the bonuses paid to the grease monkeys (note I didn't say Technicians) is the root of the problem here.

Anything *except* someone taking out new spark-plugs that had just been allegedly put in by an OPC.
