Rattly 997 rear view mirror??

I have found the reason for a really annoying buzzing sound, and its the rear view mirror. Has anyone else had this? I saw on 6speedonline that there was a fix, but it looks a bit complex.

Has anyone else experienced this and tried the fix?

Mine makes a constant rattle too. But only when it's cold.

Im not very good at fiddly things, it looks quite tricky!
